Is therapy for me?
Having a soft place to fall is only going to make you stronger. No matter what you carry, you can carry it better if you have somewhere to sit it down for a while. I provide a safe, empathetic environment that fosters trust. Open communication is encouraged with no fear of judgment or disclosure.
Who are your clients?
I specialize in working with diverse clients, including people of color and individuals at different stages of life, from emerging adults to seniors. I have experience working with clients of various faiths, including those who identify as spiritual, Christian, Buddhist, Muslim, or nonreligious. I have also worked with couples from different racial or religious backgrounds or who identify as LGBTQ. We all hurt, and we all need somewhere to heal. My goal is to provide a safe space to support that process. I like to work with people who are highly motivated and committed to personal growth and well-being, people who will prioritize their therapeutic journey and be willing to invest in their mental health.

I counsel people seeking help with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem, and partner conflicts. I am here to assist you in your healing and personal growth journey. How does therapy work?
FIRST Therapy begins with a FREE 15-minute initial consultation. We connect in a 15-minute phone call to discuss your goals and determine if there's a good fit in our partnership. This session allows you to ask questions and ensure you feel comfortable moving forward. NEXT During the first two sessions, I will conduct an assessment to better understand your unique needs, challenges, and strengths. Together, you'll collaboratively set goals that will guide the therapy process. THEN Ongoing regular therapy sessions will be scheduled based on your availability and treatment plan. During these sessions, you'll have the opportunity to explore and work through your concerns, develop coping strategies, and gain insights into yourself. PROGRESS Throughout your therapy journey, your therapist will regularly assess your progress and make adjustments as needed.
